Curtain Wall & Window Spraying: Refresh the Building Envelope

Aluminium curtain walling and window frames are expensive to replace but straightforward to respray. Curtain wall spraying restores colour and protection to the whole facade in situ — the glazing never leaves the building.

Why respray the framing?

Powder-coated aluminium fades and chalks over time, especially on south-facing elevations. Respraying brings back a crisp, uniform finish and re-establishes weather protection, at a fraction of the cost of a new curtain wall system.

How it is done

  • Glazing, gaskets and interiors are fully masked
  • Frames are cleaned, abraded and primed
  • UV-stable coatings are sprayed to an even, factory-style finish
  • Access by MEWP, scaffold or rope access as the building requires

Minimal disruption

Because the work is external and the glazing stays in place, the building remains in use throughout. There is no tear-out, no re-glazing and no waste sent to landfill.

Ideal for

Office refurbishments, rebrands and tired commercial frontages where the glazing is sound but the framing looks dated. Pair it with cladding spraying to transform a whole elevation.

Next step

Send photos of the facade and we will advise on colour, access and price.
