Why Corian is One of the Most Repairable Worktop Materials
Corian is a homogeneous material — the colour and composition run through the full depth of the sheet. This means surface damage can often be sanded out entirely rather than filled, producing a truly seamless result. Even deeper chips and gouges can be filled with Corian-compatible adhesive and sanded back to a perfect surface.
This repairability is one of Corian’s key selling points over stone and quartz — but it still requires professional technique to avoid creating a patch that looks duller or differently textured than the surrounding surface.
